- Are the metal molds manufactured by your company?
- Yes, they are. We do from designing of the mold to assembly consistently all by ourselves. We do so, because we believe that the mold design, manufacturing, and accuracy on the completed products are the bases of presswork.
- How long does it take you to manufacture mold and to deliver?
- The time of delivery depends on the product’s configuration and required specifications; as an example, for a progressive die for mass production we usually ask for a period of approximately one and a half month. We could also accommodate with any order for faster delivery time: please feel free to consult with us.
- Do you do direct sales of your metal molds?
Do you accept orders of design only? - We will be happy to discuss your request. We have had some direct sales of transfer types to several companies in the past.
- Q What types of the materials do you use?
- We perform press production using various kinds of materials.
They include iron-based materials including electrical steel; copper/copper alloys (oxygen-free copper, tough-pitch copper, brass, phosphor bronze, beryllium copper, etc.); stainless steel (SUS301, 304, 316, 430, etc.); aluminum/aluminum alloy (A1050, 5052, etc.). - What is the thickness of the materials being used?
- We perform press production using various kinds of materials.

- It depends on the product type of drawing compound or blanked; we mainly manufacture using the material with thickness from about 0.05 mm to 2.0 mm.
- What is the size range of the product
which you can accommodate with manufacturing? - A Basically, we are good at manufacturing product of “up to handheld size “as for bigger ones. Regarding smaller ones, we have manufactured the size of 1.5 mm in square.
- Can you accommodate with test molds?
- Of course we can accommodate with any requests. Considering ahead of making mold for mass production in the later stage, we could also propose a configuration which will lead to cost down and quality stability. Moreover, with regard to price and product delivery schedule, we will flexibly accommodate with your needs.
- What is the minimum number of the products for one lot?
What is the maximum number of the product for one lot? - We will accommodate with any order; as an actual manufacturing result, we have received a mass production order of about 100 pieces a month. As for large order, we have received an order of 3 million pieces a month for a single product.
- Do you provide factory tour for visitors?
- Yes, we do. Visitors are welcomed anytime for our facility tour.
